Make your own patterned tiles

One of the biggest interior trends of the season is really easy to make yourself!

Follow my tutorial to make your own patterned tiles for a fraction of the price of shop bought ones. And as you decide the colour & pattern yourself they will be truly unique and in keeping with your interior.

You need tiles, paper and Mod Podge. Basic craft skills needed, make a tile takes 30 minutes.

Cover a tile with ModPodge, line your magazine paper on top and cover with another layer of ModPodge (varnish glue) Let it dry and apply 2 more layers of ModPodge, letting each layer dry before applying the next.
These tiles are for decorative purposes, like on side tables, trays etc. I wouldn’t suggest using them in bathrooms or as a kitchen counter.

You can also decorate plain tiles with porcelain pens like I did with the blue tiles.
